NEW -Summer of Love – Chill-Out Zone Trade Area

Please note: this area is not the main arena.

The Summer of Love area is a relaxed, laid-back space located on the Berwick Lawn, designed for visitors to unwind while enjoying live music from the Musical Horsebox Stage throughout the day.

This is a chill-out trading area and not the primary arena location.

Important:
We cannot accept caterers or bar traders in this area.

Pitch Pricing

Chill-Out Zone pitches are charged at:

£5 + VAT per square metre (weekend rate)

Minimum depth: 6 metres

Example sizes (excluding VAT):

3m x 6m (18sqm) – £90 + VAT
6m x 6m (36sqm) – £180 + VAT
9m x 6m (54sqm) – £270 + VAT

Please ensure you book sufficient space for your full setup. If your structure is 3m x 3m, you will still require a 3m x 6m pitch due to the minimum depth requirement.

Vehicles and camping are permitted behind stalls, with additional depth allowed to accommodate this.

Electricity is available in the Summer of Love zone priced at £80 + VAT.

Booking Your Trade Stand

All trade stands must be booked in advance with a 50% non-refundable deposit.

Deposits ensure fairness and prevent pitches being held without commitment. As organisers, we must manage space responsibly while giving traders clarity and certainty.

To maintain variety and a positive trading environment, we will accept no more than two of each stall type. This helps create a balanced offering and encourages spending across all traders.

It is essential that you accurately describe your stall when booking. Traders providing misleading or incorrect information will not be permitted to trade and no refund will be given.

If your stall type does not appear on the booking form, it means we have already reached capacity for that category.

What’s Included

Each pitch includes:

• 2 staff passes

• 1 vehicle pass

After Booking

Once booked, you will receive confirmation of your 50% deposit.

The remaining balance must be paid approximately one month prior to the event. A payment link will be included in your confirmation.

At balance stage you will be required to upload:

• Public Liability Insurance

• Risk Assessment

• Photos of your stall

Once completed, you will receive full trader information including:

• Arrival details

• Trader rules and regulations

• Terms and conditions

On Arrival

Please present your ticket confirmation and invoice (printed or screenshot).

Your two wristbands will be issued on arrival.
