Eligibility: Essential Companion Tickets are available to customers who require assistance to access the event safely and comfortably. Evidence of eligibility must be provided at the time of booking. Accepted forms include (but are not limited to):
Disability Living Allowance (DLA) – higher or middle rate care component
Personal Independence Payment (PIP) – daily living component
A current CredAbility/Access Card with a +1 symbol
A signed GP letter or social services care package document (less than 12 months old)
Blue Badge (for mobility support)
Ticket Conditions
The Essential Companion Ticket carries a 50% discount and issued alongside a standard paid ticket.
Only one Essential Companion Ticket can be issued per eligible customer.
The companion must be aged 16+ and capable of providing the required assistance during the event.
The Essential Companion is expected to remain with the customer for the duration of the event.
Booking Process
Applications for an Essential Companion Ticket must be made via the form below.
Supporting documentation must be uploaded or presented via the form below.
A code will then be emailed to you which can be used in the 'discount code' area. This will give you the 50% discount off the essential companion ticket.
Tickets are subject to availability and must be booked in advance — they cannot be added on the day of the event.
Usage & Verification
On entry, both the customer and their Essential Companion must present their tickets together.
The venue reserves the right to request proof of eligibility on arrival.
Misuse of Essential Companion Tickets (e.g. transfer, resale, or attending without the supported customer) may result in refusal of entry.
Data Protection
Any personal information and supporting documentation provided will be stored securely and used only for the purpose of verifying eligibility for an Essential Companion Ticket.
We comply fully with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.
Documentation is not shared with third parties and will be deleted once verification is complete, unless otherwise required by law.
