If you have purchased Tickets or Packages for an event that takes place over several days and one or more days (but not all days) are cancelled, you may only be offered a proportionate partial refund.
- Rescheduling: If an event for which you have purchased Tickets is rescheduled, tickets will be valid for the new date (or you will be offered Tickets of a value corresponding with your original Tickets for the rescheduled event, subject to availability). If we do not specify a deadline, the deadline by default will be 48 hours before the date of the rescheduled event.
- Extreme Weather: We understand that weather conditions such as thunderstorms can cause concern, but as with many outdoor events, Woodshrop Festival is a "rain or shine" event, and this is clearly stated in our terms and conditions at the time of booking.
Our team works closely with safety professionals to monitor weather forecasts and implement necessary safety measures. In most cases, festivals can proceed safely during adverse weather, with temporary pauses or adjustments made if needed.
Because the event infrastructure, staffing, and services are all secured and paid for in advance—regardless of the weather—we’re unable to offer refunds due to weather-related disruptions.
We strongly recommend that attendees consider refund protection at the time of booking if they are concerned about unexpected changes in circumstances, including extreme weather.
