Trade stands must be booked in advance and secured with a 50% deposit. Please be aware that all bookings are non-refundable.
We have worked hard to make the booking process as straightforward as possible. As traders, you need certainty, and as organisers, we must ensure that trade spaces are not held unnecessarily. For this reason, deposits are set at 50%.
To ensure fairness, variety, and a positive trading environment, we will accept no more than two of each stall type listed. This helps create a diverse offering for visitors and encourages spending across all traders.
It is essential that you accurately describe your stall at the time of booking. Any trader found to have provided misleading or false information will not be permitted to trade, and no refund will be given. This policy is in place to ensure a fair and enjoyable experience for everyone. If you do not see your stall type listed on the booking form, this means it has sold out and we have already reached our quota.
While the organiser will always do their best to create a wide and balanced mix of traders, we can only base allocations on the information provided and cannot be held responsible for similar or comparable stalls.
This booking is for an arena pitch.
Pitch Allocation
Staff: 2 staff passes per pitch
Vehicles: 1 vehicle/pitch pass per pitch
Arena pitches are charged at £7 per square metre plus VAT for the weekend.
Frontage × Depth (all prices exclude VAT) – minimum depth 6m:
3m × 6m (18 sqm) – £126 + VAT
6m × 6m (36 sqm) – £252 + VAT
9m × 6m (54 sqm) – £378 + VAT
12m × 6m (72 sqm) – £504 + VAT
Please ensure you book sufficient space to accommodate your stall. Example: If your stall is 3m × 3m then you will need to book a 3m × 6m stall as the pitch size is a 6m depth.
Vehicles and camping are permitted behind stalls, and an additional 3 metres of depth per pitch has been allowed to accommodate this.
Due to the premium location within the arena, electricity is not available in this area. Electricity will be available in the “Summer of Love” chill-out zone, where the musical horsebox stage is located.
Once booked, you will receive a ticket confirming payment of your 50% deposit. This ticket and its QR code are unique to you and your booking.
The ticket policy will include a link to pay the remaining balance, which must be paid no later than approximately one month prior to the event. You may pay the balance at any time between booking and that deadline.
As part of the balance payment process, you will be required to upload:
Public Liability insurance
Risk assessments
Photos of your stall
Once the balance is paid and all documentation is uploaded, you will receive an message containing a link with all the information you need on, including:
On Arrival at the Event
On the event days, please present both your ticket and your order confirmation or invoice. You may also be asked to confirm your name and email address.
Please print or present screenshots of these documents as they will be checked on arrival.
Your two wristbands will be issued to you when you arrive on site.
